Hey S&M check the Fallout show, the vault that the show portrays is one that is basically atheist but they developed social technologies to promote fertility and even avoid inbreeding. The show portrays a male cousin that is in love with the female protagonist but the protagonist and the Vault society is aware that cousin love is actually not strange or taboo but it is forbidden because of inbreeding and she ends up marrying someone from another vault (another tribe) that she never met and she is actually very excited for this event. They even talk about civilizing a few barbarians (non-vault people) and teach them moral frameworks like Kantian philosophy and such. Very interesting and unexpected.
