Today in our paid-subscribers-only (thank you!!) episode, we discuss our thoughts on choosing where to live and buying a house. Having lived exclusively out of Airbnbs for a stretch in 2017 and 2018, we felt very cagey about buying a house and therefore thought a LOT about it. In 2020, we created a Google Doc sharing some of our thought process which somewhat mildly viral among a specific social set. In addition to discussing that guide, we talk about things we missed or new important factors we’ve recognized now that we’ve been living in the home we bought for close to seven years.
